The same format thinking, exported.

In 2026 we produced tender documentation for two MR D.I.Y stores in Spain — Gran Via 2 and Xanadu — covering drawing lists, finishes schedules and updates to the master store template.

European tender packages are structured differently to Malaysian ones, and the store template had to absorb that without forking into two incompatible standards. Getting that right is the difference between a brand that can expand and a brand that has to re-document itself in every new market.

Winner of four Malaysia categories at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026, with three further Asia Pacific nominations. YOI Design's scope: the resort's interior design — arrival lounge, villas, spa and dining — within architecture by the project's appointed architects.
